Mr. Nand Lal Sharma and
Mr. Sharad Sharma are carrying forward the legacy set by the founder. Backed by Business Management qualification Mr. Nand Lal Sharma looks after the Commercial and Marketing aspects of the company while Mr. Sharad Sharma being an Engineering graduate takes care of the Production, R&D, Quality and Quality Assurance Dept. Janus Auto caters to a number of Original Equipment Manufacturers, State Transport Undertakings besides a vast spares market segment.
Infrastructure
We have a State-Of-The-Art infrastructure which is managed by our efficient team. Our manufacturing unit is spread in a vast area and is equipped with the modern machines that give way to high quality large scale production. We up-grade our machines and equipment from time to time to be at par with the standards.
Testing and Validation
We have an in- house test lab to ensure defect free material. The testing is done from the raw material stage to the finished product. Critical parameters are tested to exacting standards by trained technical staff. Our well-equipped laboratory has the necessary testing machines for the following tests:
- Co-efficient of friction
- Tensile strength test
- Cross breaking test
- Shear strength test
- Compressive test
- Bonding strength
- Acetone test
Our technical staff is well versed in conducting these tests at pre determined intervals.
